Appalachian Renovations & Painting (ARP), 123 Washington St. Charleston, WV: On or about 08/06/15, ground fault circuit interrupters were not provided to protect employees while using the 120 volt temporary power outlets to supply power to tools, such as, Black and Decker belt sander, Dewalt miter saw, and a Kobalt 5 gallon air compressor. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
