29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(ii): Stairway(s) less than 44 inches wide having one side open, did not have at least one stair railing on the open side: a) Core storage area; on or about May 13, 2015 and times prior the employer did not protect employees from fall hazards of 8.3 feet from the stairs leading to the mezzanine storage area by not providing an intermediate rail as part of the standard rail system in place.
