29 CFR 1910.107(d)(2): Spraying area(s) were not provided with mechanical ventilation adequate to remove flammable vapors, mists or powders to a safe location and to confine and control combustible residues: Employees engaged in powder coat painting operations, in the primer booth, were exposed to an explosive atmosphere in that the ventilation being used was not adequate to control the build up of combustible materials.
