29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  Jobsite located at 2573 Dartmouth St., Olathe, KS;  Employee(s) engaged in residential framing work were exposed to fall hazards of up 14 feet, 7 inches to the ground, and 9 feet to the interior, in that fall protection was not used.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  Jobsite located at 2573 Dartmouth St., Olathe, KS;  Employee(s) engaged in residential framing work were not adequately trained to recognize fall hazards and on the procedures to be followed to minimize fall hazards.  Employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet without fall protection.
