29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical or radiation agents: a) On or about August 6, 2015 - at the above addressed jobsite - employees using pneumatic nail guns were not provided with safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) On or about August 6, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite - employees were performing roofing working on the roof of a house with a 4:12 to 6:12 pitch. The employees were exposed to falls due to the presence of unprotected sides/edges, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately eight (8) to nineteen (19) feet. b) On or about August 6, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite - employees were performing roofing working on the roof of a garage with a 3:12 pitch. The employees were exposed to falls due to the presence of unprotected sides/edges, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately eight (8) feet.
