Employees were exposed to nip point hazards while conducting the daily cleaning of the conveyor.     Condition Occurred on or about 8/3/15        Vianini Pipe, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.212(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection #995851, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/30/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 81 County Line Rd, Whitehouse Station NJ 08889.
