29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     a) 124 Dickinson Street, Lighthouse Cove Condominiums, Dewey Beach, DE - On or about August 7, 2015, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falling while working on balconies approximately 30 feet above the grade, exposing employees to fall hazards.
