29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames,  or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:  (a). Worksite located at 8450 N. Church Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall or scaffold collapse hazard in that the scaffold legs were not bearing on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundations.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement:  (a). Worksite located at 8450 N. Church Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall or scaffold collapse hazard in that sections of  the scaffolding was not braced and plumbed to prevent the scaffold from collapse or the platforms from swaying or falling.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:   (a). Worksite located at 8450 N. Church Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the scaffold was not provided with adequate guardrailing on the ends and were missing midrails throughout the platform.
