Universal Overall Hardener JH64 which contains Hexamethylene Diisocyanate, as observed on or about 08/07/2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Note: The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator.
