29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Job Site - On or about August 4, 2015 an employee was observed attaching wood under a roofs overhang from the platform of an aerial lift without wearing a body harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket. The employee was exposed to a 30 feet fall hazard.
