29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  (a)  In the paint area, or about August 5, 2015 and at times prior to, the employer did not prepare a written respiratory protection program for employees who were required to wear 3M Half Mask Respirators and a SATA Vision 2000 Supplied Air Respirator while sanding and performing spray operations in the paint area, resulting in a respiratory hazard.
