29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: (a) In the paint area at the small parts booth, on August 7, 2015 and at times prior to, items including cardboard boxes containing spray booth filters and various other parts were stored adjacent to the spray booth, exposing employees to a fire hazard. (b) In the paint area at the large automobile spray booth, on August 7, 2015 and at times prior to, items including cardboard boxes containing disposable cups, copy paper, and live firearm ammunition were stored adjacent to and within 3 feet of the spray booth, exposing employees to a fire hazard. Barber's Body Shop, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [1910.107(b)(9)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1042804, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to this workplace.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) In the paint area, on or about August 7, 2015 and at times prior to, the employer did not prepare and maintain a written respiratory protection program for employees who were required to wear respirators, resulting in a respiratory hazard. Barber's Body Shop, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [1910.134(c)(1)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1042804, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to this workplace.
