(b)  In the paint area at the large automobile spray booth, on August 7, 2015 and at times prior to, items including cardboard boxes containing disposable cups, copy paper, and live firearm ammunition were stored adjacent to and within 3 feet of the spray booth, exposing employees to a fire hazard.  Barber's Body Shop, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [1910.107(b)(9)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1042804, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to this workplace.
