29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a)Copperleaf Homes at 4400 N. Vrain Street, Denver, CO 80212: On and before August 8th, 2015, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were using fall protection when framing this deck. The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet.
