29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. a. Ground Floor Warehouse- On or about August 10, 2015, employees in the warehouse were required to work with and near a 120/208 volt electrical control panel box with exposed conductors that were not effectively closed. Employees were thereby exposed employees to shock and electrocution hazards.
