29 CFR 1926.405(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not metallically joined together into a continuous electric conductor and so connected to all boxes, fittings, and cabinets as to provide effective elect a. Roof Top - The electrical metal cable armor and conductor enclosure was not continuous and joined together. The electrical conductors joined together both permanent metal raceways with temporary rubber covered circuits which powered the motors on the swing stage scaffold.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Temporary wiring branch circuit conductors were not run as multiconductor cord, cable assemblies, open conductors, nor in raceways: a. Roof Top - The temporary wiring branch circuit used for powering the swing stage scaffold was a mixture of both temporary cable and fixed metallic raceways, thereby exposing the employees on the swing stage scaffold to potential fall hazards from electrical cable failures.
