29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) At a jobsite off of Interstate 75 South on the off ramp for River Road in Sarasota, Florida, an employee was cutting a wooden plank using a powered circular saw sustained an amputation to the tip of his right middle finger on August 05, 2015. The employer reported the amputation on August 07, 2015.
