The employer, Cranes Express Incorporated, did not ensure that ground preparations necessary to meet the requirements in paragraph (b) were provided, on or about August 5, 2015. The controlling entity, Town Center Renewal Company, LLC/Waterside Construction provided ground preparations adequate for the crane brought on site by Cranes Express Inc.. Cranes Express Inc. moved the crane onto Anderson avenue in Cliffside Park NJ to address a problem with the crane, where the crane broke a subsurface water main pipe.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
