29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:    Battery Charging Area: The employer did not provided or require employees to wear personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to goggles, rubber gloves and rubber aprons when filling powered industrial vehicle batteries cells with water which would eliminate or prevent the protect from splashing of acid that would cause burns.     Abatement documenttion is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
