(b) Jobsite - Roof section under construction:  On or about 8/12/2015, the employer did not ensure that each employee using a fall arrest system had their rope lanyard attached to a single anchor point.      Diversified Roofing Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314921271, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/8/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 245 Chapman Street, Providence RI 02905.
