29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At a commercial construction site, employees were engaged in the process of installing roofing materials on the front of the building and were exposed to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to the ground below. GNP, Inc. Sheetmetal was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316045590, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2012 with a final abatement date of May 03, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 1804 Precinct Line Rd., Hurst, Texas 76054.
