29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn nor a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Worksite: Two employees were performing painting activities from the basket of an aerial lift in excess of 10 feet above ground level. Both employees were not protected against falling by use of a full body harness and lanyard, or equivalent protection.
