The Gerardo Renteria DBA GRM Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 922054, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/10/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5016 Province Place, Irving, TX; and which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314181561, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/30/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 700 Osage Drive, McKinney, TX.
