29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments:     On or about August 11, 2015, the employer did not ensure the employee troubleshooting and performing electrical repairs was trained and was familiar with safety-related work practices such as the use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment (PPE) and insulating and shielding materials. The employee was exposed to electrocution hazards by contact with 277v components.          Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons were working on energized circuits and that qualified persons were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools.     On or about August 11, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the service employee was familiar with special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, and insulating  and shielding materials to perform voltage testing on 277v energized components while troubleshooting the pool deck lighting at the Eaglewood Resort and Spa. The employee was exposed to electrocution hazards.       Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed:     On or about August 11, 2015, the employer did not ensure the employee troubleshooting and performing electrical repairs was wearing adequate personal protective equipment. Including but not limited to:      -Rubber insulating gloves with leather protectors (hands).   -Electrical rated clothing such as long sleeve shirt and pants or coverall (upper extremities and lower extremities).    -Face shield, eye protection and balaclava (head/neck).   -Hearing protection -canal inserts (ears/hearing).    -Non-conductive hard hat.     The employee was exposed to contact 277v energized components.      Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
