29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: Spa Building - The employer failed to label branch circuit breakers 9, 10, 16, and 18 in the LP-A electrical panel exposing employees to the incorrect isolation or deenergization of electricity prior to performing work activities. Abatement documentation and certification is not required for this item.
