29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled:  On or about 08/11/2015 the employer did not ensure that the plastic tote holding approximately 330 gallons of liquid was held stable on the forks of the lift while transferring liquid to a tote setting on the bed of a semi-trailer. Employee/s were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
