29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: Westwood Heat Treated Lumber Corp and Kalinka Production LLC -Employees were exposed to a possible fire hazard due to an excess and accumulation of combustible dust from the saws located inside the mill area. The employer had not developed a written housekeeping program, on or about 8/12/15. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
