To get to the jobsite, employees were riding in the cab of a John Deere 540D Skidder without the use of a seatbelt or other protection equivalent to that provided for the operator.     B. Employees were riding in the bucket of a Bobcat Skid Steer to get to the jobsite.

29 CFR 1910.266(i)(3): The training provided by the employer did not include the elements specified in 1910.266(i)(3)(i) through (vi):    Employees involved in logging operation were not provided training in the following areas:     A. Safe use, operation and maintenance of tools, machines and vehicles the employee uses or operates, including emphasis on understanding and following the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions, warnings and precautions;    B. Recognition of safety and health hazards associated with the employee's specific work tasks, including the use of measures and work practices to prevent or control those hazards;    C. Recognition, prevention and control of other safety and health hazards in the logging industry;    D. Procedures, practices and requirements of the employer's work site; and    E. The requirements of 29 CFR 1910.266.    Employees preforming logging operations did not receive training to recognized the hazards with the tools, equipment, and operations being preformed.
