OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to electrical hazards while repairing landscape irrigation systems On or about August 7, 2015, in the front yard of residential home, an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard while digging and attempting to repair a leaking pipe for a landscape irrigation system in the same area that was also occupied with an energized electrical line incased in conduit.
