This condition exposed the employees to a fall greater than six feet.  Renew Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1026.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1055796, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7200 N Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76137.
