29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: Location: 3 Looking Glass Road, Plymouth, MA. An Employee's hand was lacerated on a lawnmower blade when he attempted to adjust the malfunctioning lawnmower while it was running, due to lack of training in lockout/tagout procedures.
