In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

(a) On or about 8/4/2015, Futrell Tile Inc. employees were exposed to adhesives (respiratory, skin and eye irritant) used while laying tile at Building T2940 on Ft Campbell, KY and the employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
