29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. In the laundry facility of Blue Harbor Lakeside Resort, located at 725 Blue Harbor Drive Sheboygan Wisconsin, a Tornado blower with a damaged power cord was being used to dry the floor which exposed employees to electrical hazards due to the possibility of contact with conductive liquids on the floor.
