29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a) At Lot 120 East Lake Subdivision Auburn, Alabama:  On or about August 11, 2015 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to take the guards out of service on three skill saws by wedging the guards up with a small piece of wood leaving the blade exposed and exposing his employees to amputation hazards.
