29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) Arias Framing LP at 6773 Flintlock Rd., Timnath, CO 80547: On or before August 15, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the stairways going from the main floor to the second floor, and from the main floor to the basement, included stairrails along each unprotected side. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet 8 inches.
