Where the basic mobile unit does not meet this requirement, suitable outrigger frames shall be employed to achieve this least base dimension, or provisions shall be made to guy or brace the unit against tipping. a) Laurel Grove Cemetery, Mausoleum, 295 Totowa Road,Totowa, NJ: Employee working on a mobile scaffold was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet where the mobile scaffold did not have outriggers deployed causing the lift to topple over, on or about 8/18/2015.
