29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: Multi Vacuum area, northeast: On or about August 17, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a the hazard of being struck by flying projectiles, while using compressed air at pressures greater than 30 p.s.i. to remove plastic tabs from the Delfi Feed Plager production line.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Loading Dock area, east: On or about August 17, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by from a compressed gas cylinder that was not secured to prevent it from falling over, where the employees walk to and from the loading dock area.
