29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about August 12, 2015 and at times prior to, at the building, where lead containing paint was present at window sills, the employer did not have a person competent in the OSHA requirements for lead, conduct frequent and regular inspections where windows were removed and installed which exposes an employee to lead hazards.
