29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. At the site- the use of fall protection was not used as an employee operated a JLG Industries, Inc aerial lift, model number 460SJ, serial number 0300115736. A harness was not worn while driving the aerial lift on sandy terrain and the aerial lift was elevated while performing paneling work on the building. Violation observed on or about August 13, 2015.
