29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a-Residential Roof: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the concrete below as a personal fall arrest harness was not secured via an anchor point. Condition noted on or about 08/15/2015 Tonny Construction Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 877483, Citation # 1, Item # 4, issued on 03/20/2013 with respect to a work place located at Walter Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604 which became a final order on 12/17/2013.
