29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(i): The angle of the ladder was not proper in that distance from the base to the vertical wall was not equal to one-fourth the working length of the ladder. Location: Apartment Building stairwell The ladder being used for access to the boiler room was not set up properly in that the distance from the base to the vertical wall was approximately one-sixth the working length of the ladder.
