29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: (a) Mad Sky Roofing & Restoration, 1533 Cook Street, Denver, CO 80014: On and before August 12, 2015 the employer failed to provide frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment by a competent person, in that subcontract employees had been working on a residential roof and garage roof without the use of fall protection, a secure ladder, and were exposed to electrical hazards. Condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall and electrocution hazards.
