(a)Ramos Roofing, at 8200 20th Street, Greeley, CO 80631: On and before July 30th, 2015, the exposing employer failed to ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected from falling by an adequate fall protective system. The condition exposed employees performing roofing work to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
