29 CFR 1910.36(d)(2): Exit route doors must be free of any device or alarm that could restrict emergency use of the exit route if the device or alarm fails. An Exit door on the East side of the facility in the bottling area had a hasp and lock on the door which would restrict the emergency use in the event of an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): "Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. In the Bottle Department, a employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard from an oxygen compressed gas cylinder was located next to an overhead door and not located in an area to where it could not be knocked over. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET)
