29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe. On the south side of the construction site, employees using a circular saw with the lower guard wedged in the up position while cutting framing material were exposed to amputation hazards.
