29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): The width of working space in front of the electric equipment was not the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 in.), whichever is greater, and did not permit at least a 90-degree opening of equipment doors or hinged panels; (a)Hercules Industries, Inc. at 1310 W. Evans Ave., Denver, CO 80223: On and before August 18th, 2015, the exposing employer failed to ensure that the working space in front of electrical equipment was at least 30 inches or allowed the door to swing open to 90 degrees. Specifically, electric service panel ELA 3PH 4W had several pallets loaded with stock located in front of it which did not allow proper access to the panel door.
