29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) At the NPS, Hole in the Wall Fire Station Maintenance Bay, tools, parts and other materials were scattered on the floor and created a tripping hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not have a complete list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet as required. a) At the NPS, Hole in the Wall Fire Station common areas, gym, kitchen and laundry room area, a complete inventory for all chemicals such as Blaster Spray lubricant, Kirkland liquid gel, scouring powder, Clorox germicidal bleach, Ajax bleach, Super acrylic commercial grade multi-purpose cleaner, Purple power degreaser, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner and many others was not available.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or, product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which would have provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would have provided employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. a) At the Hole in the Wall Fire Station engine bay, there was two white plastic containers, one gallon plastic black container and a spray bottle without a label and/or hazard warning. b) At the maintenance bay, hydraulic oil was placed in an ocean spray cranberry juice container.
