On or about August 18, 2015, when an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard when operating a Hitachi brand air powered nail gun (SN: C347726D) without wearing eye and face protective equipment.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about August 18, 2015, north side of building an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while performing framing without a fall protection system.
