OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: On the roof of a commercial building, north side, On or about August 19, 2015, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet in height to the paved ground below, while straddling the front and rear sections of a Werner Telescoping Multiladder (model: MT-22).
