29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) At the east wall of the warehouse-The employer stored a rack system,  boxes, brooms and chairs in front of a disconnect boxes and the access to the electrical panel was inhibited by the storage of these items within the working space.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:   a) Warehouse at 2995 East Point Street, East Point, GA: The employer did not place a faceplate or cover on an electrical box/outlet exposing employees to electrical hazards.  The Design Print & Display Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b) (2) (i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 998921, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 2995 East Point Street, East Point, GA 30344.
