On 8/17/15, at the Conyers facility, the employer did not perform an assessment that identified hazards present that The Reserves Network employees were exposed to and then select and require personal protective equipment for use. (i.e. employees handing corrosives were not provided with chemical goggles and gloves).  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information.  On 8/17/15, at the Conyers facility, the employer did not ensure temp employees working in the facility received training in the Hazard Communication Program that included the Global Harmonization System training. Temp employees at the site were using Brown Majic, a corrosive containing Sodium Hydroxide.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
